Crystal coloration, size, and natural variation may differ slightly from images, as each piece is unique.

5. Reading Intake Information

Personalized readings require an intake form with information such as your name, date of birth, and the focus or questions for your reading. By submitting an intake, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Readings are created based on the intake you submit, so incomplete or inaccurate intakes may affect the result; this is not grounds for a refund.

We treat intake information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver your reading or as required by law.

6. Spiritual and Wellness Disclaimer

Our products and readings are intended for entertainment, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Crystals, candles, herbs, and other metaphysical items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Personalized readings offer intuitive guidance and reflection; outcomes are not guaranteed, and any decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility. 7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and applicable taxes.

8. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once delivered to the address provided, or weather-related disruptions.

10. Returns and Refunds

Our complete return and refund terms are set out in the Oracle Magick Supply Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Refund and Return Policy controls in the event of any conflict with this section.

In summary: most physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Opened or used candles, incense, herbs, oils, salt, worn jewelry or wearables, custom or made-to-order items, sale or final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. All personalized reading sales are final once work has begun. We do not issue refunds based on the content, message, or interpretation of a reading.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs, PDFs, reading templates, and original artwork, is the property of Oracle Magick Supply or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
